Folding Web Cam, Web Cam Bracket

I recently upgraded my monitor and discovered a really irritating problem. I have a webcam that sort of folds over the top of the monitor. This was fine on my old monitor, it had quite a large bezel around the screen, but my new one has barely any bezel. I found myself positioning the desktop icons around the camera.
