Striped Shoe

A leather shoe was scanned using the Artec Eva scanner. Since leather tends to reflect bright glare from the scanner’s flash, we avoided scanning directly at a 90° angle by slightly tilting the device. The outcome speaks for itself. Every essential feature of this stylish shoe was accurately captured — from the platform and leather shank to the heel top piece, pitch, counter, insole, topline, vamp, and toebox.
