Sump City Base Toppers (for 25mm)

Intended to bring 28mm humans up to eye-level with their Necromunda 32-ish mm cousins. All they needed was something to stand on. Personally, I'm using them to elevate some Stargrave Scavenger minis and turning them into a Sump City pirate crew.
