Light armored ashigaru archers

Not all local lords in Feudal Japan were rich and powerful Daimyo who could afford the best for their troops. A large proportion of Ashigaru infantry went to battle with only some of the armor typically seen in modern recreations and films.   This set seeks to emulate those men. Sent into battle by their lord, but doing so with what armor they had.   Sculptor: Toan Tran
