Epidemius, the Pumpking Accountant

One pumpkin arose this Halloween, more important than all others. His bulk was too great for his pumpkin legs, his form so swollen that he had to be carried upon a palanquin by his loyal subjects. And so his infinite task continues: measuring and leading his fellow pumpkin corpses, for only on these autumn nights does their labor count both pumpkins and the heads of trick-or-treaters.
