Before you slice it, make sure everything is laying flat on the build plate. I added support manually and let it make Gcode. The Gcode is for an Anet A8. You may have to use the .stl files and slice your own.
Support for the jaw attachment is provided as a 1mm thick disk. This saves you from having to use raft.

The pictures came out upside down, I can't seem to correct them.
I put the pictures in the same order as the instructions, hopefully you can follow it.
Next time I will take the pictures more carefully...
