.... here are the components of a mobile 3d printer: for the first time, parts made of plastic are directly printed out with this printer. The first part of the group is the stand assembly made of very stable and vibration-free, torsion-resistant aluminum profiles of 20 x 20 mm. in the middle we use 20 x 40 mm profiles. (datasheets are attached - as pdf-files) For reasons of resonance, all cavities are sealed with silicone profiles. conventional, expensive connecting elements have been omitted: these corner connectors are here - for the first time with me - not produced with step or igs data but with data in the data format stl attached. it's an old project - and anyone who knows microscopes - i have a number of large field microscopes from research - who knows that the nozzle turret, which i use here in my 3d printer, was inspired by some of the microscopy. We do not want to use filament here, as is customary on the market - but we ourselves want to produce granules from recycling. So here are the first parts - gradually will be completed ...
