Mobile 4000 Wheel

Scroll wheel expends from moisutre and oil on finger, runs against frame when rotating away from you. I opened up the case but thought I'd give it a try. Made this wheel a bit smaller in radius. Included my attempt at knurled outter circumference, added my version of light interrupter wheel. Note that there are 18 openeings and 18 spokes. The spokes needed to be smaller slices than the openings due to Ender's difficulty in printing that small accurately - the openings were too narrow. works fine.
