Mobile Device Stand (RTA)

A remix of Kazsoft's awesome Mobile/iPad Mini Stand (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:328324). This has no front ridges (some buttons on the very bottom were being blocked by them), is scaled to be a bit taller to allow more room below for the cable, and is split into separate parts, ready-to-assemble (RTA) after printing one model.
