Mobile Phone stand (foldable)

This basically came out of a need to hold up my mobile phone while at the table.

I wanted it to be foldable so that it could be carried in the pocket, hence also why it is not the full width of a standard phone. Edges are as rounded as possible for the same reason.

The holder is designed to take a phone which has a cover on it, so caters for more than your basic phone thickness. My phone has a cover that closes like the cover of a a book to cover the screen. Obviously the phone needs to be put in the stand with the "book cover" part open. It is then tight enough to keep the phone from falling sideways, whilst still not covering any part of the screen.
