Mobility scooter wheels

Wheels for my mobility scooter. It came with hard plastic tires making for a harsh ride. I wanted to put air inflated tires on it so made wheels to fit the axle and 6001 bearings of the original.
Designed for 9x3.50-4 tires with tubes, very common tires.
The rims are extra thick, I found the air pressure could blow out the rim if not thick enough.
Two piece rims, inside and outside. Wheel halves simply screwed together with 4 x #10 wood screws into back of spokes. Hub cap stuck on with two drops of contact cement so it can be easily removed.
Printed in Anycubic white PLA and spray painted silver.
For 12mm dia. x 45mm axle length

Rear wheels are for 19mm dia. x 45mm axle with woodruff keyway.
Hub cap is larger as well.

Axles sizes are pretty standard on most mobility scooters.
Only problem I had was the tires are a little taller than originals so I had to insert 12mm spacers between body and frame to stop tires from rubbing.
