The Mobius Kruller was designed in SolidWorks with a hexagonal cross section twisted 120° around a circular path such that the three ball tracks complete one full circuit as it wraps continuously around the spinner to form one continuous "mobius like" strip.
This model will hold 90x 1/4" ball bearings and 2x 1/2 ID bearings (1-1/8" OD, 1/4" THK), which are a detriment to the spinning capabilities of this device as they provide too much drag. I am personally done with this design, but feel free to redesign the hub to allow for smaller more efficient bearings.
**Update** - 6/10/2017 - I have uploaded a Fusion 360 archive file that you should be able to learn from and edit to your own needs and ball size. The only issue I had in remaking this object in F360 was the fact that I couldn't do a sweep feature with a twist along the curve (available in SolidWorks), I had to make a multi-lofted object to achieve the same twist and it resulted in a slight discontinuity of the surfaces.
