This is an OpenSCAD Library to produce objets with smooth edges. I came to this kind of approach, as I was not satisfied using the minkowski-Function.

This library lets you specify a vector of simple points that represent the bounds of your desired object. Regardless the amount of points every point is represented as a sphere with a custom radius and at the end a hull makes one solid object out of this.

For easier use the main module multicube is supplemented by two assistive modules to create cubes and cuboids as easy as with the normal openscad-syntax. Just that you can specify a radius for smooth edges.

The screenshot from openscad shows how to use
1.) multicube_cuboid
2.) multicube_cube
3.) multicube
