公道杯是古代汉族饮酒用瓷制品，杯中央立有老头或龙头造型，内部设空心瓷管连通杯底小孔，利用虹吸原理实现酒液满溢即漏的特性，故又称九龙杯、贪心杯。该杯盛酒时需保持浅平，过量则通过底部漏水孔排空。
