This did not work as well as I had hoped, but maybe it's still an okay idea and would be good to remix.
This baffle fits in a BT-50 tube and catches the cinders while allowing air to pass through and push your chute out. Use this instead of ejection wadding.
It has a mount that you can use to tie your parachute, which is optional. The drawback of using the mount is that once you glue the baffle inside your tube, the mount is impossible to reach.
Glue it in extremely well.
Note that it prints easiest with the top side down, which is the orientation of the stl. The image is top side up like it will look sitting inside your rocket on the pad.
