Model Rocket for Estes E / F Engines

This is a 635mm or 935mm tall 3D printed model rocket for use with Estes E or F Engines. The body tube is 50mm in diameter and 1mm wall thickness and either 325mm or 625mm with the optional body tube extender. Nose cone is about 165mm in length. Total length of the fin can and fins is about 215mm. Fin can was designed right side up, but needs to be printed upside down. Flip it 180 degrees in your slicer.
The engine components consist of a threaded tube that the engine slides into...ejection charge end first. A threaded cap is screwed onto the end to contain the engine. There are two spacer donuts that need to be glued to the inside of the fin can. The one with the threads is glued up inside about 74mm for E engine installation, from its bottom edge to the bottom of the fin can. To do this, assemble the engine tube with an engine installed.
