~4x2 inch Model Rocket, pointed and round tip included. Propellant mold is used to put in place after you pour your propellant in, this will increase surface area and let propellent burn faster. I didn't do any calculations on this design, just went by what felt right at the time from previous toying with model rockets. I plan on doing a few more things to improve this design.
1. Calculate burn rate of my propellant (KNO3:Sucrose 65:35)
2. Simulate thrust, with different nozzle angles
3. Possibly add dove tail joints on the body to slide stabilizing fins on to and model fins or potentially an aerodynamic sleeve with fins printed into it and set screws to hold in place
4. Right now the casting insert has a diameter of 10 mm, I'm sure I'm off target with optimal thrust. I will calculate the optimal center diameter for max thrust and nozzle angle.
If I can get good thrust I might redesign, making it less of a disposable rocket and include a tip that'll pop off and a parachute to retri
