Use brim for the axles and cylinders.Printed on Creality K1C printer, using PLA+ with a height of 0.08 mm. Use the cylinders as guide for the top and bottom. Use superglue for the top and bottom. 7,5 mm threaded axles. Use some superglue on the threads and screw the wheels on the axles.
