I found adding a spacer before the gears added distance between the gears because of the common axle point and so it made my meshing worse.
So I removed the spacer and modified the pins to have a full circular head and I also made the shorter Gear pins 0.6 mm wider so that they are a really tight fit but it took out any extra wobble in the original pin design.
-I had to use a vice to push the pin through the gear hole. :)
As the large gear has some slack between the pin and the Large ring, I would suggest especially gluing the three pins in place eliminating the gear from riding up and pivoting off vertical when they are driven.
Added modified Crank Clip as the crank gear teeth grab on the frame of the model. So I extended the clip and used the 3mm spacer to put some space between the Crank gear and the model Frame.
Overall, I would recommend using epoxy glue or a plastic cement to fix solidly all non rotating sockets as there can be quite a bit of torque on the clips to twist and
