A problem I frequently encounter is that button-down shirts and sweatshirt with zippers fall down on typical coathangers. To fix this issue I added prongs to the coathanger to catch the clothing from falling off and modified the angle of the coat hanger arms so the clothing is less likely to slide off as well.
