Modified Enclosure Heater

Re-designed to fit the following parts I ordered from Amazon:

AC Infinity AXIAL 1225, Quiet Muffin Fan, 120V AC 120mm x 25mm Low Speed

PTC Air Heater PTC Ceramic Air Heater, 110V 200W/300W Insulated PTC Ceramic Aluminum Tube Air Heater Heating Element

For the controller I used the bayite Temperature Controller BTC201 10A Dual Pre-Wired Digital Outlet Thermostat Plug.

I also purchased the AC Infinity, Fan Speed Controller for 100 to 125V AC Axial Muffin Cooling Fans in case I needed it, but the heater works well in my large printer without it and I used it on a different project.

I attached the heating element to the Heater Top part. I then screwed the Heater Bottom onto the underside of my enclosure and attached the fan with M3 screws. I then joined the 2 parts with superglue (I know, I know. I was keeping things simple because I was in a hurry.... I should have designed in screws to make disassembly possible).
