These are modified pattern models that can be 3d printed for the Gingery Lathe. The heights could be stretched in you slicing program to better fit how your build is going, specifically the head stock because the carriage and other pieces are about a half inch taller in total if you just use 1/4" ways. Taller yet if you use thicker ways. I haven't printed everything, so I don't know even if everything will work as modeled. I hope that at least a few pieces will be of use to you.
Recommendation I would make in building this lathe project would to use acme threaded rod of 10 threads per inch(tpi) instead of regular threaded rod listed in the book. With the 10tpi you can work in base 10. 1 turn equals 0.100", 5 1/4 turns is 0.525" and so on. Use right hand thread for the lead screw and left hand for the cross slide and compound. You can get it on Ebay or Amazon with nuts and you can even buy the taps to cut the threads. The large pulleys for driving the lead screw will have to
