Modified hook

My Samsung 10" tablet with case was a tight fit in the hooks and when positioned in portrait mode, I couldn't have the charger plugged in because it was too close to the table. Nor would my phone work in portrait - it fell between the hooks.

So I increased the space on the hooks, added supports for the phone and 'legs' below the hooks so that either device could charge in portrait.
