Modified IC3D Budmen face shield

This is a mod of the IC3D Budmen face shield found on the 3dprint.nih.gov site. It has been approved by the NIH for use as PPE. I modified the shield by:
- removing the side tabs as standard 8.5x11" transparency film is too small to slide in there
- opening up the back elastic slots so rubberbands/hair ties/other accessories can be used to secure the shield to the head.
