Modified LCS GT Shifter

For use with my DimSim R1 button plate; https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4590670

I've modified this to use 10x10mm round magnets down from 12x12 (due to what I had to hand).
In addition I've added a physical endstop into the shift lever at 10 degrees, so it's not putting excessive pressure on the microswitch.
I've modified the shift lever to my preference too.
