modified Lomandy D style clamp

I redid the .scad design for the Losmandy D clamp parameters.
The design was used to mount the Celestron Starsense camera to my GSO RC 8inch CF telescope: holes were not perfect and so I drilled out different ones for mounting this but if needed further alterations to the hole parameters could be done for mounting this particular device or others. The scad file to do this is included. No special settings for printing are needed.
