Modified MDD v1.3 BLTouch Mounting bracket

The printermods.com MDD BLTouch mount doesn't work with the Linear rails mounting kit. There's a button head screw in the way. I was able to do a bit of sanding to make it work long enough to print a replacement. This is that replacement.

It's the same mounting bracket, but with a hole cut out to accomodate the small buttonhead screw.
