Modified Piston Ring Filer

The original file worked ok, but the length of the crank meant that it would hit the piston ring before making a full rotation. I lengthened the shaft, and added a hole for a 6mm bolt for a handle. Also designed a tapered shaft to fit inside a length of vacuum tube to spin with a drill.
