Modular 1:64 Display Rack A high-detail modular display rack designed specifically for 1:64 scale diecast vehicles. The modular design allows collectors to expand and customize their display layout while maintaining a clean, organized, and realistic presentation. Whether you're showcasing Hot Wheels, Mini GT, Tomica, Matchbox, or other 1:64 models, this rack provides a sturdy and visually appealing solution for displaying your collection. The model is optimized for easy printing and assembly, with detailed structural elements that enhance the overall appearance without compromising functionality. Print Settings Recommended layer height for Pillar parts: 0.12 mm No support needed Tested with PETG filament No printing or assembly issues were encountered during testing Assembly Instructions Fold the Pillar in half along the pre-designed groove line. You will If the two sides do not align perfectly after folding, apply a small amount of heat to the fold area and gently adjust the alignment. Usually, 2–3 seconds of heat is sufficient. Be careful not to overheat the part or burn yourself. Optional: A small amount of glue can be applied inside the folded Pillar for extra strength. However, this model was designed and tested to be assembled without any adhesive. Install the four Pillars into the corresponding slots on the Bed, with the folded edge facing upward. This orientation will make assembling the upper levels easier. Additional Notes It is recommended to assemble the Pillars and Beds first, then install the completed modules onto the rack. Glue may be used for additional strength if desired, but it is entirely optional. Before adding new levels or relocating the rack, it is recommended to remove all diecast models to make handling easier and reduce the risk of accidental falls or damage.
