Modular 608ZZ Bearing Blocks

Bearing holders designed specifically for use with common and inexpensive 608ZZ bearings. Mounting holes are compatible with #6-32 size pan head machine screws and #8 pan head wood screws. Mounting holes are on 1 1/4" diagonal centers.
The system consists of modular mounting blocks and brackets along with matched cover plates. Cover plates are 1/10th inch thick and can be easily scaled along the z axis to create spacers. Using .2mm layers of ABS in my printer, the bearings are a very secure press fit. When using PLA or a printer with wider inside diameter tolerances you may need to scale the design down a percentage or two. Both 3/4" and 1/2" hole sizes are included for all models, depending on whether you want to run nuts against the bearings or not.
