Modular Battery Cell Test Fixture

This modular adjustable battery cell test fixture uses Lego, allows testing of different size and shaped tabbed cells. The Cell connection uses a Kelvin Clip (“BU-75K” or “502001”) and a custom printed Lego Holder.The equipment interface uses a standard PCB header (OSTOQ035351) and a custom printed Lego holder. Note:When using with temperature chambers printed material specifications should be checked.


Note: there are 4 Ver of the Kelvin_Clip Lego Block. Because as I used this print on other printers, I found it didn't fit well on the Lego post. Normal Lego wall is 1.5mm the extra increase is moving into the post to make it tighter. the 1.7mm wall (0.2mm into the post) seem to work well on Markforged
