this is a remix of "Modular boxes with grid holder" (made by blueagle, inspired by alexandre chappel) with:

ADJUSTABLE SHELL THICKNESS + ROUNDED EDGES

I made the shell thickness a parameter (i wanted to sacrifice strength for weight)

To adjust the shell thickness, radius of the rounded edges and clearance:
In fusion360 go to solid->modify->change parameters->user parameters.
