modular C270 support

this is a remix of @ddemeterco thing.

Designed for CR10S Pro,not tested on an ender3 but i'm pretty confident that it would be also fine on it, please confirm.

i've reached following goals :

-panoramic camera position
-adjustable pan and tilt
-follows Z axis
-easy to place/remove with no tool
-can be placed on left OR right printer side
-modular : several length an height choices
-cable fixations
-do not increase printer volume, can be used into a printer chamber.
-light and strenght to minimise camera shaking or Z motors efforts

Here your choices :
pincev2Gauche.STL : For LEFT handling
or
pincev2.STL : For RIGHT handling

height :
caddy.STL : for normal heigt
caddyLow.STL : for very low position

My final and favorite setup is :
pincev2Gauche.STL + BrasMidV2.STL + caddy.STL (see first picture

You need one or more M3 screw (depends how many parts you want to assemble)
