Modular Challenge Coin Display Rack

After decades of collecting challenge coins, I realized that traditional display racks just aren’t scalable. To solve this, I designed a modular, expandable display system that grows alongside your collection. This low-profile rack lies flat, making it a perfect fit for desks or cabinets. Each 8" x 8" panel features six rows of 1/4" grooves designed to accommodate coins of various sizes. A single panel can hold approximately 24 coins. Design Features Modular Connectivity: Panels connect front-to-back using a secure tongue-and-groove system. The fit is snug enough to hold on its own but can be made permanent with some super glue. Side-to-Side Stability: For lateral expansion (left, middle, right), the rack uses snap-in connecting pieces to keep everything aligned on your surface.
