- added the GoPro Tool for tightening nut

- changed GoPro_Nut because it didn't fit with MediaMod.
- changed GoPro_Tool (due to changes GoPro_Nut).
- changed GoPro_Top & GoPro_TopConnect to have 90 degree angle

- added GoPro_Nut_Long for easier tightening when using MediaMod

- added GoPro_Foot_2
- added GoPro_Double_Wall (to fix with 2 clamps)
