Modular GPU Support System – Concept
This is a modular, 3D-printed GPU support system designed to prevent GPU sag while remaining compatible with a wide range of graphics cards and PC cases.
The system is built around two main modules and 1 pizza addon:
1. Threaded Height Modules
A fixed female column in different heights
Interchangeable male threaded supports in multiple diameters and lengths
Uses a buttress-style thread optimized for 3D printing
Provides high vertical load capacity with minimal flex
This allows the support height to be adjusted precisely while remaining stable under GPU weight.
2. Male colum
3 diffrrent to choose. Small og long GPU support options
3. Top Spacer Adapters (“Pizza Spacers”)
Placed on top of the support column
Same outer diameter as the column for stability
Different shapes to match GPU addon layouts:
Half disc – clears GPU fans
Center strip (1/3 width) – supports narrow edges
2/3 disc – supports angled or offset GPU frames
