a pipe/tube system with a lateral turbine blade, pressure through the hose and the gear box making the blade turn, add 8x generators, maybe multiple generators working together can make up for conversion losses and overcome the barrier. maybe even power a single pump to get more power from the looped flow, than it takes to pump the fluid around the system. Maybe a twist in the tube nozzle can force a vortex motion through, making a internal blade spin more easily. Also one blade possibly connects To 8 generators. maybe the vortex nozzle and the box can be made into modular 3d printable units, easily connect them into a power generating loop.
