I modified the excellent original design by boundarycondition to suit my particular needs:
- strengthen the base for the Muskot pot. Here I took the 24cm ⅓ bracket designed by miqueltbjr and added additional rims to strengthen the lid.
- a control unit box to house the Arduino UNO, LCD display and PCBs for the other sensors (pH, TDS), the relais and other required electronics. The control unit box consists of three parts. The basic housing, the lid with holes for LCD and pushbuttons and on/off switch to control the unit and a cover to protect the lid from water spills. A thin transparent plastic sheet needs to glued into the cover.
- one of the three 24cm lids has a hole in it, the control unit has a hole too through which the sensor cables are run. Some spacers are provided with which the control unit can glued on top of the lid.
- a bracket that fits over the pumphose and has customised holes for each of the four sensors (pH, TDS, water level, temperature). This ensure the sens
