This was designed as a modular base hanger for use in laboratory settings for holding things to lab benches and ledges. It comes with the base mount and pieces for it, along with a sample book holder insert, though you could keep the dimensions of the pin, 10mm diameter circle around a 5mm diameter base circle that is 10mm long. It works by using the ribbing in the platform and jamming the wedge into it. Super tight fit no matter where you put it, i've had a lot of success with it in the chem lab. Enjoy!
