This is a prop light up sword I created. Printed with PETG, it is sturdy enough for light fighting and perfect for cosplay, plays, Halloween, etc. The edges of the blade have space to run LEDs, with space for batteries in the handle. This works great when printed in a transparent filament. The center is hollow, so that the blade can be reinforced with a dowel rod or similar. More blade sections can be printed for a longer blade. The handle has an extension to better hold batteries, or can be left off for a shorter handle. There is a normal pommel, and a snowflake one. The blade and hilt are printed in separate sections, so can use different colors or materials.

A bit of glue and the sword core pins join the segments together, the entire blade is then inserted into the hilt.

Only the hilt requires supports when printing. I printed with a .4mm nozzle, a .8 or 1mm nozzle may result in a stronger print.
