This is a full assembly kit for a modular old republic style light saber. The parts include:
~Lightsaber connectorx1
~Lightsaber handle x2
~Lightsaber cap x2
~Lightsaber bottom piece x2
~Lightsaber top piece x2
~Lightsaber connector pegs x8
Isolate each individual piece in your preferred cad.
All pieces can be printed at infill as low as 5%, however the pegs should be printed at 100% and the connector piece should be printed higher than the other pieces preferably 40% or above. All pieces fit on a print bed as small as 150x150x150mm.
To print only one lightsaber print 4 pegs, and one of every other piece, except the lightsaber connector piece which isn't needed.
To print a double bladed lightsaber print all pieces other than the Lightsaber caps.
To print a modular set print all pieces.
To assemble a lightsaber, put two pegs in the top of the handle, and in the bottom (feel free to secure with glue). Then attach the bottom and top pieces to the handle using the p
