Modular On-wire Attenuator (0HP)

Crossing the 7x Attenuator module by @robotecho with Mystic Ccircuits' 0HP 0ttenuator, this was born. Wire soldering and parts are the same used in @robotecho's design.

The face and back plates need to be glued at the end, so test your soldering before sealing the attenuator.
