Modular adaptor for Med Associates Pellet dispensers, the original as well as the newer [VeriFEED dispenser](https://med-associates.com/?s=pellet+dispenser).
The nut of each segment is separate from the tube, and should be able to freely rotate on its own during assembly, even though they are printed in place together.
