Hello, Everyone! Here is my first public Thing - Modular Photo Frame with diffrent corners which can be combined in one product.
1. Frame profile is to be printed vertically. If print height is not enougth use Connectors.
2. Connectors are inserting and glueing into two frame parts to make frame sides longer.
Frame profiles and connectors are optimized for 0.4mm nozzle to get continuous layer.
3. Small corners. If we have 100x150 mm (WxH) photo then frame profiles must have 85..95 mm width and 135..145 mm height.
3. Large corners reduce each width and height frame items by 10 mm. With 100x150 mm (WxH) photo frame profiles must have 65..75 mm width and 115..125 mm height.
My print is PLA. Frame profiles and connectors were printed vertically, corners - lying down with supports.
0.4 nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, no post-processing.
