For a D&D campaign I'm running I wanted a modular ship I could use, but I couldn't find one I liked, so I made one myself.
I used Devon Jones' Openforge 2.0 Wooden Floors as a base and then built ship sections around it. I think I have a decent spread of sections, but if anyone thinks of a section type I'm missing let me know in the comments and I'll see if I can add it.
All sections have slots for 5mmx1mm circular magnets to connect them vertically. I haven't included a system for connecting the sections horizontally, in my experience they're heavy enough not to slide too badly and I preferred to keep the floors as thin as possible to save print time and material, rather than add another cm for dragonlock or whatnot.
If people enjoy this set I've been thinking about doing another one with the ship being 6 tiles wide, for a more galleon/battleship feel.
