Modular Utility Building

This is a little utility building (Substation? Machine house? Fronteris Pattern Utility Shed?) designed to be harmonious with GW's Fronteris-pattern buildings - by extension, also pretty harmonious with Sector Mechanicus pillars and the Bheta-Decima Generatorum Hub, to a degree.
It owes a _great_ deal of inspiration to [SevenUnited's Pipeline Pump Relay](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3508751), but shares no actual parts.
If the scale isn't clear from the pictures, it is very roughly 60mm square x 50mm high.

### Compatibility
How well does it play with existing terrain? Well... it _looks_ somewhat like other stuff?
