Moen Escutcheon Adaptor

If you have a classic Moen shower valve and would like to update the look to use a newer Posi-Temp wallplate, you will find that the screw positions have changed, from two at the bottom (5 and 7 o'clock), to Posi-Temp's screws at 2 and 7 o'clock. Some valves have the two holes above the center cartidge (11 and 1), and some have all four holes.
Turns out that Moen sells a brass plate, part 145058, that adapts the old faucet to accept the newer escutcheon.
It's not a hugely expensive part, but I needed the project done because guests were arriving, so I decided to print the plate.
The part was created as an SVG and then extruded to 5mm thickness in OpenSCAD. After printing in ABS, I threaded the two relevant receiving holes to 8-32, and they seem to hold the plate properly.
I have provided the SVG in case someone would like to produce this part using some other technology, like a laser cutter or mill. I think if it was made of Lexan or aluminum it could work even better than
