These little boards slide in behind 3 molle straps and can use women's hair elastics, shock cord, para cord, or 3/4" elastic straps sewn in to and loop. I use women's hair elastics a lot as they are rot and mildew resistant, durable and already come in tacticool colors like brown, gray, and black.
They will hold anything you need though I designed them to hold combat bandages and tourniquets.
