This project describes the production of the satellite boxes from concrete.
The mould of the boxes is printed with PLA. It consists of an inner and an outer mould. The inner mould remains in the model and is also used to screw the speaker and the luster terminal. The outer mould is reusable.
The inner mould consists of 2 parts that are glued together. The outer mould has to be sanded carefully so that it can be removed easily. I also coated it with petroleum jelly as a release agent.
