Based in the idea from 3DDIY (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4656621) but designed from scratch and designed to support wood with 20cm x 1.5cm, common standar in many countries

size height 8 cm

-open in prusaslicer or the slicer of your preference
-eliminate top and botton layer
-thickness wall set to 12
-use the infill of your preference, I recommend honeycomb in 6%
